Conditions d’inscriptions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
  1. Enrolment is valid until the end of the first full school year (or for 12 months in the case of enrolment during the school year), after which it is automatically renewed from semester to semester.
  2. Any student wishing to discontinue lessons must notify the school in writing no later than two weeks before the end of the semester, after completing one full year (or 12 months in the case of enrolment during the school year).
  3. Tuition fees are due at the beginning of each school year, semester or month, depending on the chosen payment plan. For lesson cards of 5 or 10 lessons, payment must be made before the second lesson.
  4. Tuition fees are CHF 1,840 per semester for weekly 60-minute lessons. This amount is adjusted proportionately for 30-, 45- or 90-minute lessons. Individual lesson packages are available as cards of 5 or 10 lessons: 30 minutes (CHF 353.– / 636.–), 45 minutes (CHF 504.– / 918.–), or 60 minutes (CHF 640.– / 1,176.–).
  5. For enrolment during the school year, tuition fees are adjusted pro rata according to the number of remaining lessons.
  6. The school year begins in the second week after the start of the school year and ends one week before the summer holidays, in accordance with the Geneva school calendar.
  7. Any lesson cancelled by the teacher will be made up.
  8. The teacher is not required to make up lessons missed by the student.
  9. Late payment incurs default interest of 5%. A fee of CHF 20 may be added for each reminder. Failure to pay an instalment makes the full tuition fees for the current school year immediately due or, after the first year, those for the current semester.
  10. A change of teacher does not affect the validity of the enrolment or contract and does not justify early termination.
  11. Lessons are held on premises designated by the School. Should it become necessary, the School reserves the right to change premises within a reasonable area, while ensuring accessibility. Students will be informed in advance. Such a change does not constitute grounds for termination or reimbursement.
  12. In the event that lessons are interrupted during the school year or semester, no make-up lessons or refunds are possible, except in cases of force majeure.
